National Agency of Control and Welding is a structural part of Certification System of Welding Manufacture (CSWM). It provides:

• Drafting of normative documents concerning welding manufacture certification;
• Forming of expert team for every branch of certification;
• Carrying out of expert inspection of certification centers;
• Methodological and consulting support of certification centers;
• Improvement of certification system;
• Forming of technical policy of CSWM;
• Coordination of CSWM activity;
• Elimination of unprovided terms and rules application;
